Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a psychologist who loves working alongside children and families to help them build stronger relationships and feel more confident navigating daily challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused, with a big emphasis on supporting families with practical tools they can use right away. Whether we’re navigating big emotions, behavior challenges, or the unique transitions of adolescence to young adulthood, my goal is for therapy to feel encouraging, grounded, and genuinely helpful for your whole family.
