Join our 5-Week Group for Parents on Managing Challenging Behaviors in Young Children
with Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Kimberly Knap!
If you’re navigating the ups and downs of raising a young child, you’re not alone. Our 5-week virtual program is designed for parents who are looking for effective strategies to manage difficult behaviors without losing the warmth and connection that their family values.
Parenting a child with challenging behaviors is tough, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming and you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
Through education on child development and highly researched behavior management and positive parenting strategies, you can move past feeling stuck and find more peace in parenting. Whether it’s tantrums, defiance, bedtime protests, or behaviors driven by constant worry, we’ll guide you to solutions that work for your family (from the comfort of your home!)

We know that parenting can feel isolating at times.
Our approach is empowering and judgement-free. We aim to create a safe space where you can reclaim your confidence, strengthen your connection with your child, and create a more peaceful home.
