Individual therapy is a one-on-one service focused on reducing symptoms and improving functioning. We use structured, research-supported approaches (such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, exposure-based strategies, PCIT, and other behavior treatments) based on the goals identified at the start of care.
$150-250 per session
-
Group therapy offers evidence-based treatment in a structured format that combines skill-building, guided practice, and support from others with similar concerns.
$80-120 per session
-
We offer parent consultation that focuses on caregiver strategies that reliably change child and teen behavior and reduce family distress. This may include Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Parent Management Training (PMT), two structured treatments that strengthen the parent-child relationship and improves child behavior.
-
A mental health screening is a one-hour clinical appointment that functions as a structured intake and decision point. It clarifies your main concerns, reviews relevant history, and ends with evidence-based recommendations for next steps, such as individual therapy, a more comprehensive evaluation, or referrals when appropriate.
$375
-
Comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and neuropsychological testing use standardized measures, clinical interviewing, and careful interpretation to answer specific referral questions. They provide diagnostic clarification when appropriate and translate findings into concrete recommendations for treatment planning, school or workplace supports, and next-step guidance.
