SPACE is an evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders. This is a parent-only treatment, which is extremely effective for anxious teens who refuse therapy. It is also useful for parents who wish to gain more information on how to help their teen.

We offer ADHD and executive function coaching to high school and college students in an individual and group format.
