Standard consultation and treatment sessions are 45 minutes and fees for these services vary based on the clinician’s license level.

Initial Consultation:
One-time 45 minute session to hear more about your concerns and goals for working together. After this session, we will develop a treatment plan and schedule ongoing sessions if appropriate or provide necessary referrals & other resources.
Individual Therapy:
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions typically across 12-20 45-minute sessions. We offer 30-minute sessions, extended sessions (60 minutes) and double sessions (90 minutes) on an as-needed basis.
Basic Diagnostic Evaluation: $650 - $850
90-minute assessment of mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD with a licensed psychologist. Some disorders require more comprehensive testing. If further testing is needed, it is billed at the testing rate below.
Comprehensive Testing and Evaluation: $250/hour
(from 4-15 hours)
Involves a range of testing for learning disorders/dyslexia, processing concerns, autism, and/or other complex diagnoses. Our comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations start at $2,480. Please contact us for more specific rates.
Insurance:
We are currently a private-pay, out-of-network practice. As a courtesy, we file your PPO claims for you so you do not have to wait for reimbursement. Not all PPO policies cover mental health. Complete our free consultation form to have our Care Coordinator help verify your benefits and co-insurance.
